[What we are about]
One day.
Every idea.
TECH/CONF began as a 200-person meetup. Today it is Europe's loudest one-day gathering for developers, designers and the teams they work in.
Built by builders,
for builders
No pay-to-play talks, no endless expo aisles — just a day packed with things worth leaving the office for.
How it started
Our first edition fit in a single lecture hall. Word spread because every talk had to earn its slot — and eleven years later, that rule still stands.
What we believe
Great products come from mixed rooms. We curate engineers, designers, founders and researchers together so the hallway track beats the main stage.

What guides us
Community first
Volunteers, local meetups and open call-for-papers shape every edition.
No wasted minutes
Tight 25-minute talks, real breaks, and a schedule that starts on time.
Everyone welcome
Student pricing, scholarships and a strict code of conduct at every door.
The crew
behind it
A small year-round team plus 120 volunteers who make the day run like clockwork.
