What are the event's main highlights?
Two keynote stages, 40+ hands-on workshops, a startup expo floor, the evening award ceremony and hosted networking lounges throughout the venue.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refunds up to 30 days before the event, 50% up to 7 days before. Passes can always be transferred to a colleague free of charge.
Is there a dress code for the event?
No dress code — most attendees come smart-casual. The ceremony dinner leans slightly dressier if you'd like to join.
Are there accommodations nearby?
Yes. Partner hotels around RAI Amsterdam offer discounted rates for pass holders; booking links arrive with your ticket confirmation.
Will there be on-site registration?
Yes, the welcome desk opens at 8:00 AM. To skip the queue, check in online the evening before and head straight to the badge scanners.
Are there opportunities for volunteering?
Absolutely — volunteers staff stages, lounges and the expo floor in exchange for a full pass. Applications open each spring.
